Here is my final shot list which I will be filming over the next few weeks. 

Driving Sequence - City to Rural

• establishing/extreme long shot, point of view dolly in, driving - town 
• extreme long shot, point of view dolly in, driving - motorway 1
• extreme long shot, point of view dolly in, driving - motorway 2
• extreme long shot, point of view dolly in, driving - more rural 
• extreme long shot, point of view dolly in, driving - isolated country lanes

Arriving at Cliveden House

• extreme close up, point of view shot of dashboard 
• low angle long shot, Jim checking broken down car
• loose framing extreme long shot, Jim walking down driveway (very long take)

Conversation Sequence - Jim and Brigid

I will also film lots of extra shots in and around Cliveden from my previous shot lists in case I want to use any extra shots while editing.
